A Charlotte, North Carolina native and self-taught artist, Celia has 40 years experience as an illustrator, fine artist and mural painter. Her work has been commissioned by residential, commercial, corporate and celebrity clients throughout the southeast. She now resides in Georgetown, SC where she uses her passion for photography to capture the elements of the coast.
